You Never Know What You Have, Until It Mysteriously Disappears Into A Dark Abyss.

You  know what? I never realized my dependence on some of the most superficial items that exist. For instance, take my cell phone. I had it gone for about two weeks, and it was alright. But I knew I was getting it back. Now, I don't have it, and well...I don't know when I'll have it back. This is ridiculous! I'm sitting in a corner, pining away in my misery because of a simple technological device. I think it's time for a self intervention:

I charge myself to do nothing but hard core dance workout to somewhat get myself into shape for this marching season. I have 10 days, and I will do it. Hopefully, I'll be here to let you know what comes of this.

Another Quick Update!(:

Sooooo,I updated my book. Modern Fixations is well underway, and so far getting good reviews(: If you didn't read, I'm changing Modern Fixations to a book of short stories to add variety and give me time to develop my writing through a series of writing styles. This way I can add poetry, thoughts, maybe even my first blog post. (See, The Alpha of My Omega) It was great, I tell you. "Words are spilling out like endless rain into a paper cup." - The Beatles. (: Promise to update more later! :P

Just A Quick Update.

Uhm, I don't really have time to write, atm. But, I will update. I'm going to work on my tryout routine, which is on Cinco de Mayo(: and also, BIG NEWS. I'm going to start posting excerpts from my book. Look out for that, because it's going to be in a completely different blog titled "Fixation" in correlation with the name of the book. It's A Long Drive, Back To Vegas Skies.

So, It's March. The year is flying by, and I can't help but think. I'm not ready. I need more time to prepare myself for the inevitable end that is nearing, and well, quite frankly that time isn't going to make itself. I've got...God Forbid...Responsibilites to take care of. OhOhOh! I'm writing a book. As of now, the title is "Fixation", and it's a love story. It starts off with a male and a female at a drop off as they are exploring/hiking around. There's a romantic feel, and a romanticist feel to it. Romance in the most NON raunchy sense, and romanticist in that way that the nature is FIRST all throughout. I'm quite a bit into the book and I'm not quite sure where I'm going with it. It's very heartwarming, though. Definitely a feelgood read. It's all based off of a dream I had one night, and my imagination is letting me run with it, Which is ALWAYS FUN. Uhm, So. I'm into a new band, as always. They go by The Cab. The lyrics to Vegas Skies is where I got my title for this post from. I quite enjoy writing to their music; It provides a very good mood for the style I'm trying to acquire. Hm, So I'm not digging the cold Tejas weather. I'd much rather it be inbetween rain sessions like it was today(: Hm, I shall depart now and work on something. (:

New Year Breakdown:D

Hello, Ladies & Gentleman. Welcome to the new year almost a month late (Joe's two week late post PALES in comparison to my lateness.) I feel like I've come a VERY long way since last year this time, & this is good. Everything is good. I'm handling situations like a young adult should be (for the most part), and I'm learning & appreciating what real unpenetrable friendship is. Not mention, I've been using lots of big words. :) To my mother's great joy, I'm starting to dress like a girl. I've been attempting to not wear the normal jeans & tshirt everyday but actually put some effort into what I wear. I mean, I AM a girl. But you can make the girl stop 'laxing but you can't take the 'laxing out of the girl. (By 'laxing I mean RElaxing, btw.) I still burp, and rub my tummy when I'm done eating. Come on, one change at a time people. OH! & I'm off to an extremely unorganized start of the year! Oh my./: I must get back on track. This Friday is our Annual Key Rock Battle of The Bands competition, and it's gonna be awesome. I still gotta do alot of stuff before the end of this week...YIKES. I'd say that I'm gonna be quite busy for a few more moments.

On another, HAPPIER note...I'm turning 17 on Monday February, 15. Talk about growing up some. (& I'm not gonna lie, the first thought shooting through my head was that I can see rated r movies now.) Oh, Sue me for thinking of the one thing that every 16 almost 17 year old thinks of AT LEAST once before their birthday. As for music...

Alesana came out with their new album in January. The Emptiness...OH BOY! It's sooo good. Alot more singing, But still a good amount of screaming. I'm in love. & I'm falling back in love with Mayday Parade. Slight addiction to The Maine.

Hm, That's it for now. I'm rambling at this point.
